We took a light bodied and refreshing Kolsch and added a touch of sweetness, courtesy of Weston’s own, Red Bee Honey. Bee Enlightened has a slightly hazy body, moderate bitterness, floral and honey notes and rounds out with a smooth clean finish. Releasing in our Tasting Room on May 17th, but officially kicking off the season with the Whole Hog Pig Roast
