We’re psyched to bring you this year’s version of Bee Enlightened, our Honey Kolsch that we brewed in collaboration with Red Bee Honey as a part of our Community Sourced Ales Project.

To celebrate, our friends from Hoodoo Brown Barbecue are coming down to the brewery with their smoker, A WHOLE HOG, and all the fixin’s (including sauces using Red Bee Honey)!

Doors will open right at noon, and food will be ready for 1 pm. Tickets include 2 beers, BBQ Wings (tossed in Red Bee Honey Sauce!), and a Pig Roast that will feature a whole hog, apple-vinegar slaw, slider buns, cornbread, and mac and cheese. Additional beers will be flowing and available for purchase all day long, and we’ll have the brewery and back area open (weather permitting).
