Half Full Brewery to Release Transcend Hoppiness
Half Full Brewery is “hoppy” to announce the fourth installment of its Community Sourced Ales Project (CSA Project). Transcend Hoppiness (6.5% ABV) was brewed in collaboration with Pioneer Hops of Connecticut (Pioneer Hops) and South Farms of Morris, CT.
“Since our brewery is here in Stamford, it was only natural for our first few CSA Projects to be local to Fairfield County. However, I grew up in Litchfield and home brewed the first Half Full beer here – so, our roots have always run deep up here. It’s incredibly exciting to come full circle and collaborate on a beer back home and have the opportunity to celebrate it with family and hometown friends,” says Litchfield County native and Founder of Half Full, Conor Horrigan. Half Full’s CSA Project highlights collaborations with brewers and other craft centric local businesses within the community.
