Stamford’s Half Full Brewery Brings On New Brewmaster To Craft Operations
STAMFORD, Conn. — Tom Price wasn’t always planning on a career of making beer. At the end of his freshman year at Harvard, he had narrowed down his choice of major to history and literature or chemistry. He chose history and literature.
“I was enjoying my history and literature classes and didn’t enjoy my freshman chemistry class quite as much,” Price said at Half Full Brewery, where he recently took the helm as head of operations.
But now Price is using his knowledge of science to help create new recipes and plan operations of the Stamford-based brewery, whose beer is available at local bars and at the brewery on select days.
